1) Coat the bottom of the broiling pan with butter.
2) In a bowl, place the fish fillet and dredge it with paprika, parsley, dill and lemon juice.
3) Place the fish on the pan.
4) Broil for 3 minutes each side or until the fish is tender.
5) Sprinkle with salt to taste.
6) Carefully place the fish on a serving plate, with a lemon wedge on side if desired.
