Smoked Cod Roe Pate

Ingredients
  White bread slices 3
  Butter 5 Tablespoon, molten
  Smoked cod roe 6 Ounce
  Onion 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce
  Tomato juice 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Lemon wedges 4 (To Garnish)
  Black olives 2 Tablespoon (To Garnish)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Slice the crusts off the bread, tear the slices into small bits and soak in butter for five minutes

MAKING
2. In a bowl, mix the cod roe and grated onion; add cheese and combine well with a wooden spoon
3. Mix in tomato juice gradually into it, seasoning it with salt and pepper and beat till light in color
4. Place piles of this mixture on a chilled dish, garnished with lemon wedges and black olives

SERVING
5. Serve as soon as ready
