Ingredients
  Cod 1 Pound
  Boiling oil 1 Tablespoon (As Needed)
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Carrots 3
  Carrots 3 , finely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Onion 1
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Butter/Fat 2 Tablespoon
  White wine 250 Milliliter (1 Glass)
  Brandy 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato conserves 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Pinch
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Chop the cod into small pieces.

MAKING
2. In a skillet, stir fry the cod pieced in small amount of boiling oil.
3. Drain and keep aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt butter and fry carrots, garlic and onion until brown.
5. Stir in wine, brandy, tomato conserve and water.
6. Season with paprika, salt and pepper and simmer for 20 minutes.
7. Add the fish and cook for another 15 minutes.

SERVING
8. Serve hot.
