True Cod Planked With Herbs

Ingredients
  Cod fillets 2 Pound (Four About 1/2 Pound Each)
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon, mixed with mayonnaise
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon, mixed with dijon mustard
  Tarragon 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Thyme 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Season the plank
2. Preheat the plank to 350 degrees

MAKING
3. In a large bowl, prepare the mayonnaise mustard mixture and mix well
4. Place the fillets into the preheated oval of the plank.
5. Gently spoon the mayonnaise mixture on top of the fish
6. Sprinkle on the herbs and then bake for 30 minutes or till done

SERVING
7. Serve hot immediately with parsley butter or fresh sour cream
