Ingredients
  Cod fillets/4 cod steaks 1 1⁄2 Pound (700 Gram)
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Grated cheddar cheese 50 Gram (2/3 Cup)
  Cream 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Toast slices 4 (Use Hot)
Directions

Preheat the broiler to fairly low.
Brush the fish with melted butter and broil for about 15 minutes, turning once.
Mix the grated cheese with the cream and seasoning and place spoonfuls of the mixture evenly over the fish.
Continue to broil until the cheese has melted and browned.
Serve on the hot toast.
