|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated cheddar cheese||50 Gram (2/3 Cup)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Toast slices||4 (Use Hot)|
Preheat the broiler to fairly low.
Brush the fish with melted butter and broil for about 15 minutes, turning once.
Mix the grated cheese with the cream and seasoning and place spoonfuls of the mixture evenly over the fish.
Continue to broil until the cheese has melted and browned.
Serve on the hot toast.
