|Butter||3 Ounce, melted|
|Dry breadcrumbs||3 Ounce|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Dash|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
1. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper and place them on a grill pan. Brush with some of the butter and grill for about 5 minutes.
2. Combine the remaining butter with the breadcrumbs, mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, lemon juice and parsley.
3. Spoon the mixture carefully on top of each fish fillet, covering it completely. Press down lightly to pack the crumbs into place. Grill for a further 5-7 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and the fish flakes.
