1. Mix melted margarine, lemon juice, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper in square dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. If fish fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pieces; pat dry.
2. Place fish in margarine mixture; turn fish over to coat. Arrange fish with thickest parts to outside edges of dish.
3. Cover tightly and microwave on high 4 to 6 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 2 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork. Let stand covered 3 minutes.
4. Place garlic, 2 tablespoons margarine and the oil in 2-cup measure. Cover loosely and microwave on high 4 to 5 minutes or until garlic is brown; pour over fish. Serve with lemon wedges.
