Preheat oven to 350 Â°F (180 Â°C).
Place vegetables and seasonings in roasting pan. Pour in water and bring to boil over high heat.
Add fish and cook 6 minutes over low heat. The fish should be covered completely by the liquid.
Remove fish from liquid and drain well. Transfer to buttered ovenproof baking dish; season well. Cover with tomato fondue and place in oven. Bake 6 minutes.
