Sage Baked Cod

Ingredients
  Skinless cod fillets 16 Ounce (4 Pieces, About 4 Ounces Each And 1/2 Inch Thick)
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Lemon slices 4
  Green onions 4 Large, thinly sliced
  Defatted low sodium chicken broth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Reduced calorie margarine 1 Tablespoon, softened
  Minced sage/1/2 teaspoon dried sage 2 Teaspoon (Fresh)
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

Place the cod in a single layer in a 13" X 9" baking dish, folding under any thin edges of the fillets.
Sprinkle the cod with the desired amount of pepper.
Then place the lemon slices on top and sprinkle with the onions.
Pour the broth around the cod.
Cover the dish with foil and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork and is opaque all the way through.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together the margarine, sage, paprika, onion powder and pinch of pepper.
