|White sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Cut codfish into serving portions.
Rinse well in cold water.
Cover with fresh cold water; refrigerate overnight.
An hour before serving, place fish in a large kettle; cover with boiling water and bring to a boil.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Carefully remove fish to serving platter and pour White Sauce over; serve hot.
