|Currants/Raisins||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Onions||2 Large, finley sliced|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Wash, salt, and flour fish.
In a large skillet saute onions in oil, add seasonings, raisins or currants, and water, and bring to a boil.
Add fish and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked.
