|Cod||2 Pound, dressed (Scrod)|
|Tomatoes||4 , sliced|
|Onion||1 Large, cut into rings|
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
Wash fish; pat dry.
Place in baking dish; sprinkle with juice of 1 lemon.
Garnish with tomatoes and remaining lemons (sliced).
Wash mushrooms; place around fish.
Season with salt and pepper; add marjoram, thyme, and bay leaf.
Add onion; sprinkle with oil.
Bake, covered (foil or lid), 15 minutes in preheated 325 Â°F oven.
Remove cover; and cook 10 to 15 minutes, until fish flakes.
