Hot Coconut Milk Shorba

Hot Coconut Milk Shorba has a different taste. The coconut milk and chilli powder gives the Hot Coconut Milk Shorba a two dimensional taste.
Ingredients
  Coconut milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Chopped curry leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Cumin powder 1 Pinch
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), pounded
  Chilli powder 1 Pinch
  Mustard seeds 1 Pinch
  Fenugreek seed powder 1 Pinch (methi)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Put all the ingredients in a large deep bowl and microwave for 5 minutes.
Let it stand until cool.
Strain.
Pour into 2 cups and when ready to serve, microwave for 3 minutes.
