Apricot Coconut Balls is easy to make and has a delightful taste. The just the right blend of dried apricots, flaked coconut, sweetened condensed milk and Icing sugar. As the name suggests Apricot coconut ball shape attract more people.
|Dried apricots||6 Ounce, ground to make 1/2 cups|
|Flaked coconut||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sweetened condensed milk||1⁄2 Can (5 oz) (2/3 Cup, Eagle Brand)|
|Icing sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In large size bowl, combine apricots and coconut; blend well.
Stir in sweetened condensed milk.
Shape into small balls.
If desired, roll in icing sugar.
Let stand at room temperature until firm.
