Magic Coconut Cubes
|Condensed milk||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Vanilla essence||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Yellow color||2 Drop|
1 Trim off the crusts of the bread slices.
2 Cut the slices into even sized 2 cm pieces.
3 In a bowl, mix vanilla essence, color and salt with condensed milk.
4 Dip the bread pieces into the mixture.
5 Roll in grated coconut to coat evenly.
6 Grill until golden brown.
7 Serve hot.
