Gari Ke Laddu

Ingredients
  Khoya 8 Ounce
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Coconut 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs), shredded
Directions

MAKING
1)In a saucepan, add khoya and roast it on low heat.
2)Add half each of the sugar and coconut. Mix well.
3)When khoya gets golden for about 10 minutes, remove from the heat.
4)Now, add the rest of the sugar and mix well.
5)In a small bowl, keep some coconut separate.
6)Now, make small balls of the mixture and roll them into coconut.
7)The coconut balls should be stored in airtight container.

SERVING
8)Serve gari ke laddu as dessert or light snack.
