Coconut Jazmine Rice
|Coconut drink mix||14 Ounce (1 can, Coco Lopez)|
|Canned coconut milk||12 Ounce (1 can)|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (hot / warm)|
|Jasmine rice||16 Ounce (1 package)|
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large sauce pan or rice cooker.
2. Stir until mixed thoroughly.
3. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes, or until rice is cooked all the way through and liquid is all absorbed.
