Coconut Jazmine Rice

  Coconut drink mix 14 Ounce (1 can, Coco Lopez)
  Canned coconut milk 12 Ounce (1 can)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (hot / warm)
  Jasmine rice 16 Ounce (1 package)

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large sauce pan or rice cooker.
2. Stir until mixed thoroughly.
3. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes, or until rice is cooked all the way through and liquid is all absorbed.
