Fish In Coconut Milk

Ingredients
  Mullet fillet/Whitefish / sole fillet 2 Pound
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Coconut milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Coriander leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon, chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Finely chop the fish, season with salt.

MAKING
2) In a non-stick pan heat butter, sauté fish until it gets light brown on both the sides.
3) Add coconut milk and bring to boil, cook for 2 minutes more.
4) Remove from the heat.

SERVING
5) Serve hot, garnish with coriander leaves.
