Sampe this wonderfully flavored and incredibly tasty Jellied Coconut Ring . So just whip up this goregeous Jellied Coconut Ring anytime you feel like, as this required no pre-planning and is really quick to make.
Ingredients
  Black cherry flavor gelatin 3 Ounce
  Boiling water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Heavy cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg yolks 4 , well beaten
  Egg yolks 4
  White sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bing cherries 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Pitted Fresh Or Drained Canned)
  Bing cherry/Drained canned bing cherries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool it to lukewarm.
2)In a saucepan, scald milk.
3)Then, add sugar and salt and stir until dissolved. Cool to lukewarm.
4)Now, add milk to gelatin slowly. Keep stirring.
5)Chill until slightly thickened.
6)Beat gelatin mixture until fluffy and thick.
7)Whip cream and add it into whipped cream into the gelatin mixture along with coconut.
8)Take a 1 1/2-quart ring mold, pour the mixture and chill until firm.
9)Unmold and fill center of ring with Bing cherries.

SERVING
10)Serve the jellied coconut ring chilled.
