Ingredients
  All-purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted (allpurpose)
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 Small
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

MAKING
2. In a large bowl, place the one cup flour and sugar
3. Cut the butter into the mixture with 2 knives or a pastry blender to get a breadcrumb like mixture.
4. Pack this mixture into a 7xll-inch pan
5. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes till done
6. Add the eggs, flour, brown sugar, pecans, coconut, baking powder, salt and vanilla to the pan
7. Mix well and pour this mixture oven the pan as the bottom layer
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes and cut into squares as soon as removed from oven
9. Roll in confectioner’s sugar

SERVING
10. Serve warm or cold
