Tangy Coconut Salad Dressing For Fruit, Ham Or Chicken Salads

Ingredients
  Corn oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coconut cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream of coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Concentrated orange juice 6 Ounce, thawed and undiluted (1 Can)
  Concentrated orange juice 6 Ounce, thawed (Undiluted, 1 Can)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. To make the dressing, in a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients.
2. With a fork or small wire whisk, whisk until well blended.
3. Refrigerate for at leave 1 hour for flavors to intensify.

SERVING
4. Serve the dressing with fruit, cold meats or chicken salads.
