Coconut Fish

Ingredients
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Green chilies 4 , deseeded, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
  Root ginger 1 Inch, peeled, finely chopped
  Coconut 4 Ounce, creamed (125 Grams)
  Haddock fillets 2 Pound, skinned, cubed (1 Kilogram)
  Lemons 2 , juiced
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil.
2. Add chillies, garlic and ginger and stir-fry over gentle heat for 3 minutes.
3. Add creamed coconut and bring it to boil,
4. Stir in the haddock and add salt to taste.
5. Stir well.
6. Cook with constant stirring for 3-4 minutes until the haddock is cooked.
7. Finally pour in the lemon juice; stir well.

SERVING
8. Serve hot.
