Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 15 Milliliter
  Cold water 60 Milliliter
  Pineapple juice 180 Milliliter
  Coconut cream nectar 60 Milliliter
  Granulated sugar 60 Milliliter
  Whipping cream 180 Milliliter
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Soak gelatin in water.

MAKING
2) In a saucepan, add pineapple juice and let it boil.
3) Remove pan from heat and blend in sugar and coconut cream.
4) Cool and let it chill until thick but not set.
5) Beat cream and blend in the pineapple.
6) In a mould, pour the mixture and let it set.

SERVING
7) Unmold and serve.
