Ingredients
  Graham crackers 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Confectioner sugar 1 Pound
  Chopped nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned flaked coconut 1
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Paraffin bar 1 Small
  Chocolate chips 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Using a rolling pin, lightly crush the crackers
2) Soften the butter and using the electric mixer, cream the butter and peanut butter
3) Add in the confectioner’s sugar and cracker crumbs
4) Tip in the nuts, coconut and vanilla
5) On top of a double boiler, using a grater, shave the paraffin and add the chocolate chips
6) Stir over the water till melted and smooth
7) Using the hands shape the coconut into balls and then dip into the melted chocolate
8) Place them on waxed paper to dry

SERVING
9) Place on a decorated plated and serve immediately
