|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, softened (At Room Temperature)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , lightly beaten|
|Almond extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Packaged biscuit mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flaked coconut||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Mix butter with sugar, egg, and almond extract.
Add biscuit mix and milk and blend until smooth.
Stir in coconut.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2" apart on greased baking sheets and bake 10 minutes until lightly browned.
Transfer to wire racks to cool.
