COCONUT MILK PUDDING

Ingredients
  Coconut milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Maizena 3 Tablespoon
  Cold milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (To dissolve Maizena)
Directions

Make a caramel with a little sugar and add one lot of milk slowly, stirring till dissolved.
Mix 3 tspn.
Maizena with a little cold milk and stir into the boiling mixture, stirring constantly till thickened.
Pour into a bowl and cool (in fridge if desired).
Add a pinch of salt to the other pan of milk and thicken with 3 tspn.
Maizena, mixed with a little cold milk.
Pour over the caramel mixture and chill.
Serve as it is as this pudding is rich.
