Coconut Tuna

Ingredients
  Tuna 675 Gram, cubed
  Paprika To Taste
  Butter 90 Milliliter
  Spanish onion 1 , diced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Flour 45 Milliliter (All Purpose)
  Blanched almonds 180 Milliliter, grated
  Red chilies 5 Milliliter, crushed
  Thyme leaves 3 Milliliter
  Bay leaf 1
  Lemon juice 60 Milliliter
  Honey 60 Milliliter
  Coconut milk 500 Milliliter
  Coconut 250 Milliliter, grated
Directions

Sprinkle the tuna pieces with salt, paprika and pepper.
Heat the butter in a large skillet and fry the onion and garlic with the tuna to brown.
Sprinkle with flour and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve with rice pilaf.
