1. Peel potatoes and cut into small dices
2. Boil the potatoes in salted water until almost tender about 8-10 minutes
3. Drain in a colander.
4. In a skillet, melt butter over a medium flame.
5. Add the boiled potato, coconut powder, salt and pepper and toss to coat well.
6. Turn into the serving dish
7. Garnish with toasted slivered almonds
8. Serve hot
