Toasted Coconut Crust

Ingredients
  Flaked coconut 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
Directions

Preheat oven to 300° F.
Mix coconut and butter.
Press firmly against the bottom and sides of a 9" piepan.
Bake about 20 minutes until golden.
Cool before filling.
