Chops With Coconut

Ingredients
  Lamb chops/Veal 1 Pound
  Egg 1
  Coconut 1
  Fat/Butter/oil 40 Gram (2 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Heat the fat in a baking dish.
2. Dip chops in seasoned egg and then in the coconut.
3. Place chops in the hot fat in a moderate oven 350°F (180°C).
4. Baste regularly and serve when chops are crisp.
