Chops with Coconut

|Lamb chops/Veal||1 Pound|
|Fat/Butter/oil||40 Gram (2 Tablespoon)|
1. Heat the fat in a baking dish.
2. Dip chops in seasoned egg and then in the coconut.
3. Place chops in the hot fat in a moderate oven 350°F (180°C).
4. Baste regularly and serve when chops are crisp.
