|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs), softened|
|Sifted confectioners sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sifted enriched flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Thoroughly cream butter, sugar, and vanilla.
Stir in water.
Add flour and mix well.
Stir in nuts.
Shape in 1-inch balls.
Bake 1 inch apart on ungreased cooky sheet at 300° about 20 minutes, or till firm to touch.
Cool thoroughly before removing from pan.
Dip cookies in Confectioners' Frosting and roll in tinted coconut.
