Ingredients
  Cooking bananas 2 , sliced
  Sweet potato 1 Medium, peeled and diced
  Yam 1 Medium, peeled and diced
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Quick cooking tapioca 3 Tablespoon
  Thin coconut milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Coconut cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lime 1
Directions

Combine all ingredients except Coconut Cream and lime, and cook over low heat until tender.
Add Coconut Cream and juice of 1/2 lime just before removing from heat.
Cut remaining 1/2 lime into 8 thin slices and put one on each serving.
