|Pound cake||1 (Packaged, Or One From A Mix)|
|Flaked coconut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
While main dish cooks, cut poundcake into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
Spread slices with honey; then coat top of each with coconut.
Cut into smaller attractive pieces for serving.
