Met Dotted Cookies

Ingredients
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coconut flavoring 1 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 3 Tablespoon
  Sifted flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coarsely chopped cranberries 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), drained
  Shredded coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cream sugar, margarine and coconut flavoring until fluffy.
Add milk, mixing well.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to sugar mixture.
Fold berries into batter.
Divide dough in half.
Roll each half into a log about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Roll each log in shredded coconut.
Wrap each log in waxed paper and chill 8 hours.
Slice thin.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in a 375° oven 12 to 15 minutes.
