Ingredients
  Butter 1 Ounce, melted
  Hot mashed potato 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Icing sugar 8 Ounce
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Cocoa 1 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Coconut 10 Ounce
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat butter into hot potato, gradually beat in sifted icing (confectioners') sugar, salt and cocoa.
Add coconut and vanilla, mix well.
Spoon teaspoons on to greaseproof paper, refrigerate until firm.
