Coconut Cones

Ingredients
  Egg whites 2
  Castor sugar 5 Ounce
  Desiccated coconut 6 Ounce
  Ground rice/Semolina 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat the egg whites stiffly, stir in the other ingredients.
Make into small cone shapes or, if desired, pack the mixture into wet egg-cups and turn out on to a greased baking-sheet.
Bake in a cool oven (310┬░ F., Gas 2) until fawn colour
