|Castor sugar||5 Ounce|
|Desiccated coconut||6 Ounce|
|Ground rice/Semolina||1 Teaspoon|
Beat the egg whites stiffly, stir in the other ingredients.
Make into small cone shapes or, if desired, pack the mixture into wet egg-cups and turn out on to a greased baking-sheet.
Bake in a cool oven (310° F., Gas 2) until fawn colour
