Butter Coconut Crisps
|Self raising flour||6 Ounce|
|Coconut||1 (egg desiccated)|
Melt butter. Sift flour and sugar into bowl, add beaten egg and melted butter, mix thoroughly.
Form into small balls the size of a walnut, roll in coconut, and place on greased trays, allowing room to spread.
Bake in moderate oven, Mark 4, 325°F., 10 to 15 minutes.
Loosen and leave until cold on tray.
