Walnut Coconut Crepes
|Butter||65 Gram (1/4 Cup)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded coconut||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Glace cherries||1 Tablespoon|
Make the crepes using the Sweet Crepe Batter or French Crepe Batter.
Place on a baking sheet.
Cream together the butter and sugar.
Spread on the crepes.
Leave the crepes flat; do not fold over.
Combine the walnuts and the coconut.
Sprinkle half the mixture on the crepes.
Place crepes under a hot broiler and cook until golden brown.
Cool before removing from sheet.
Just before serving, spread ice cream on the crepes.
Sprinkle with the remaining walnut-coconut mixture and top with a glace cherry.
