This recipe will give you energy, appetite and love for most nutritious food-the Raw food for good and healthy living.
Ingredients
  Coconut water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ice cube 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Coconut meat 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender put the coconut water, ice cubes and coconut meal. Blend till smooth.

SERVING
2. Use this milk to make recipes or as milk for granola.
