No Bake Coconut Surprise

  Non fat cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Concentrated acesulfame k 3 Gram (1 Package)
  Walnuts 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Orange extract 1 Teaspoon
  Toasted flaked coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Beat the cheese with acesulfame-K until light and fluffy; add the walnuts and the extract.
Shape into 20 balls, each about 1/2 t. Roll each in coconut.
