Caramel Coconut Balls

Ingredients
  Caramels 8 Ounce (28 Pieces)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Half and half/Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Confectioners sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sifted
  Salted peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Miniature marshmallows 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In 2-quart glass measure, place caramels, butter and half 'n half.
Cook at HIGH 5 minutes, or until melted and smooth, stirring after 3 minutes.
Stir in sugar until smooth; add peanuts.
Stir in marshmallows just until lightly coated.
Shape caramel mixture into balls; roll in coconut until well coated.
Store in covered container.
