Coconut Relish

Coconut Relish has a great taste. Coconut Relish gets its taste from shrimp paste mixed with coconut. Coconut Relish is used by many people.
Ingredients
  Dried shrimp paste 1 Teaspoon (Fried Or Roasted)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Hot chilies 5 , finely chopped
  Palm sugar 1 Tablespoon (Gula Jawa)
  Tamarind water 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly grated coconut 7 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Put the dried shrimp paste, garlic, chillies and palm sugar in a food processor or liquidizer and work to a very smooth paste.
Add the remaining ingredients, with salt to taste and mix well.
