Coconut Milk

Coconut Milk has a different taste. By rubbing the coconut the Coconut Milk comes out.
Ingredients
  Finely grated coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh)
  Warm water 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
Directions

Steep grated coconut in 1 1/2 cups warm water and keep for 30 minutes.
Rub well and strain the mixture.
This will be a thick extract of coconut milk.
For a thinner extract of coconut milk, mix 2 cups of warm water with the left over grated coconut and keep for 15 minutes.
Rub well and strain the mixture separately.
Use as desired.
