Coconut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Packed light brown sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Firmly Packed)
  Egg yolks 2
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Sifted flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 2
  Water 2 Teaspoon
  Coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Baker'S Angel Flake, Tinted)
Directions

Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Mix in egg yolks and vanilla.
Add flour and salt; mix well.
Mold dough with a cooky press into desired shapes on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in hot oven (400°F.) 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove and cool on rack.
Combine egg whites with water and brush over cooled cookies.
Sprinkle with coconut.
