Raw Cacao Superfood Dessert Balls, Ep 46

Tonight I have the great opportunity to make some fabulous raw dessert treats for a Life Coaching Event here in Montreal. These cacao balls I make are so super yum, that I decided to share the recipe and show you how to make them!! Enjoy and have a fabulous weekend everyone!!!
Ingredients
  Raw cacao 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Carob powder 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Raw)
  Cashew nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hemp seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coconut oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raw honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Spirulina 1 Tablespoon
  Sea salt 2 Pinch
  Dried coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor, place cashew nuts and grind until crumbly powder.
2. To the food processor, add raw carob, hemp seed, coconut oil, raw honey, spirulina, celtic sea salt and blend it all well.
3. Take the cocoa batter on a plate and make small balls.
4. On a plate, place shredded coconut and coat coconut over it.
5. Put the cocoa balls in fridge for an hour.

SERVING
6. Serve it with juice.

How long can they stay out? I want to make some bars for a trek I am going to go and looking for something that is reasonably dry to stay out a few days
