Spiced Cocoa Mix

Ingredients
  Nonfat dry milk powder 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Powdered non dairy creamer 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sifted powdered sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Unsweetened cocoa powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

For cocoa mix, in a mixing bowl combine the nonfat dry milk powder, non-dairy creamer, the powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix thoroughly.
For each serving, combine 1/3 cup cocoa mix and 3/4 cup boiling water in a heat-proof mug.
Stir to dissolve the cocoa mix.
If desired, use a cinnamon stick to stir 1 teaspoon coffee crystals or 1 to 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur into each serving.
