|Instant nonfat dry milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Skim milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Place cocoa, dry milk, skim milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla in a blender or food processor and process for 30 seconds.
Pour cocoa mixture into a microwave-safe bowl and cover with a double layer of plastic wrap.
Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
Uncover with care to avoid steam burns and stir.
