Spiced Almond Cocoa
|Cocoa||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Orange rind||2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Almond extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Combine cocoa and sugar in 4-cup glass measure.
Add 1/2 cup of the milk, and stir to make a smooth paste.
Add remaining milk, orange rind, and almond extract.
Stir until sugar dissolves.
Cook on 70, 6 to 7 minutes, or until hot.
Pour into mugs.
Place a cinnamon stick in each mug.
