Hot Cocoa

Ingredients
  Cocoa 2 Teaspoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Grains To Taste
  Vanilla 2 Drop
Directions

Combine cocoa, sugar, salt and water.
Boil 2 min.
Add the scalded milk and heat.
Beat a few seconds with an egg beater.
Add the vanilla and serve.
The flavor is improved if cocoa is cooked at least 10 min. after adding milk.
