Peppermint Patties

Ingredients
  Cacao butter/Coconut oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raw honey 6 Tablespoon
  Raw cacao powder 6 Tablespoon
  Lucuma powder 2 Tablespoon (optional)
  Himalayan crystal salt 1 Dash
  Peppermint essential oil/Peppermint extract 15 Drop
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Line the cupcakes tray with cupcakes paper.

MAKING
2. Heat a sauce pan over stove on low heat.
3. Place the casserole in sauce pan; add in cocoa butter and raw honey. Mix well and melt.
4. Add in raw cacao powder, lucuma powder, himalayan crystal salt and peppermint essential oil. Mix well for few minutes.
5. Drop the cocoa mixture over cupcakes paper. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

SERVING
6. Serve peppermint patties with kefir milk or green tea.
